Wedding Reception Menu

Our menu selector features popular mouth-watering dishes and has been carefully designed to give you the flexibility to create your own unique menu for your wedding breakfast and evening buffet.

If there is a favourite dish you would particularly like, our chefs will be happy to help. We do ask that you choose a set menu for your wedding breakfast and alternative menus are available for children and for guests with special dietary requirements.

All main courses are served with a family selection of seasonal vegetables
Roast topside of beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, rich pan gravy (£3 supplement)
Oven roasted chicken supreme, fondant potato, mushroom smoked bacon cream 
Slow cooked beef blade, creamed potatoes, shallot jus 
Moroccan style lamb shank, crushed potatoes, mint yogurt 
Oven roasted cod fillet, potato fondant, clam chowder 
Pan fried seabass fillet, potato rosti, tomato & olive dressing 
Seared salmon filet, herb crushed potatoes, white wine and crayfish cream 
Turkey ballotine, wrapped in Parma ham, Dauphinoise potatoes

Add on a soup or sorbet as a fourth course for a supplement.
We can offer a choice menu for a supplement and we would require pre-orders.
