A: Check-in from 15:00 (3 pm). Check-out by 12:00 noon.
Early arrival or late departure may be available at additional charge and subject to availability.
Q: Do you accept children and pets?
A: Children of all ages are welcome. Pets (dogs) are permitted, with charges applicable.

Q: Is parking available on-site?
A: Yes. Self-parking is available on-site for a nightly fee (GBP 12 typical).
Please register your vehicle registration at reception.
Q: What leisure facilities does the hotel provide?
A: The hotel offers an indoor pool, sauna/steam room, (“The Club”), gym/fitness centre.
Access is included for staying guests.

It lies close to Nottingham city centre and major venues, giving you good access to shopping, entertainment and transport links.
Q: How do I pay and what identification is needed?
A: You will need a valid credit/debit card and photo ID at check-in.
The name on the booking must match the cardholder unless otherwise agreed.
Q: What is your cancellation or no-show policy?
A: Policies vary by rate and booking channel. Please check the conditions attached to your reservation.
Failure to cancel within specified time may result in full charge for stay.
Q: Are there special requirements for third-party bookings and pre-payment?
A: Yes. For all bookings, especially those made via third-party websites or pre-paid bookings, a valid card is required at check-in for pre-authorisation.
Check-in will not be permitted without this. If you refuse to provide card details for pre-authorisation, the reservation may be cancelled without refund.
Q: What is a pre-authorisation?
A: A pre-authorisation is a temporary hold on your card to cover any extras, incidentals or potential damages during your stay.
It is not a charge and will be released after departure (time-frame depends on your bank).
Q: What happens if I’m unable to provide card details for the pre-authorisation?
A: If you cannot provide valid card details for the required pre-authorisation, we will unfortunately be unable to permit check-in. No refund will be offered in that case.
